Menopause, the movement no-one wants to join! Hot Flush bring colour to a grey subject.

We’re holding a series of Hot Flush events at Bell House in Dulwich Village. Our first event takes place on 23rd June when we'll be offering a fresh take on what may help women in perimenopause, menopause & beyond.

Jackie Lynch, Registered Nutritional Therapist and founder of WellWellWell Nutritional Therapy clinic, will be talking about how nutrition can help you through the menopause. She'll look at the link between food, mood, maintaining healthy bones and wellbeing in menopause. Jackie is a regular contributor to the Mail on Sunday, a columnist for Reveal magazine and author of Va Va Voom: The 10 Day Energy Diet.

Christien Bird MSc, MCSP is a Chartered Physiotherapist and practice owner of the White Hart Clinic in Barnes which has specialised in women's health for over 20 years. Christien is an authority on supporting women in their 'third age' (peri and post menopause). She'll be discussing the importance of keeping on top of your physical health and myth busting intimate care issues, offering straightforward advice on how to deal with the sensitive issues that are all too common but never normal.

Please join us at a stunning venue, for a fun, friendly and informative morning on taking control of your menopause. Perhaps make a day of it by exploring leafy Dulwich Village and all that it has to offer afterwards.
