Nutrition is on the menu: Why, ‘what and when’ you eat, affects your body and mind. And, what’s the best form of mid-life exercise we should be doing?

Want to improve your mood, energy levels & sleep?

Registered Nutritional Therapist, Jackie Lynch from WellWellWell, and author of 'Va, Va, Voom the 10-Day Energy Diet', returns to Bell House. She’ll dish up plenty of effective nutrition advice to improve your mood, give you more energy and share top tips to improve your sleep.

Get fit, strong and on it - exercise advice for all!

Former Team GB rower and Women’s Health and Fitness Coach, Baz Moffat, talks core strength. If you want to get stronger, fitter and healthier, Baz sets the record straight on why exercise in midlife is important - from improving bone and heart health, to strengthening your pelvic floor. And, most importantly the right type of exercise women should be doing to stay as healthy as possible, beyond menopause. This session is relevant to all – those who want to get started on the fitness treadmill, and those already on it.

#PelvicRoar make the case for good nutrition & exercise.

Women's Health Physiotherapist from the campaigning group #PelvicRoar, Myra Robson, links nutrition and exercise to health and wellbeing in menopause, drawing on her personal, as well as professional experience.

Venue: Bell House is located in Dulwich Village. Easy access from central London with three nearby stations - West Dulwich, North Dulwich & Herne Hill. It is served by the P4 bus and is close to the South Circular. There’s no parking on site but there’s plenty of parking in neighbouring, Dulwich Park.

Timing: Doors will open at 1.00pm for a prompt 1.30pm start. Refreshments will be served over the break. The event rounds-up at 4.00pm
