3,000 women are diagnosed every year with cervical cancer, over 18,000 are diagnosed with the other 4 types of gynaecological cancers for which there is no screening at all. One woman’s experience of surgical menopause due to womb cancer has started a petition for yearly women’s health check ups to reduce deaths of over 7,600 women each year.
