Episode 1 of our fitness work out with Baz Moffat.
Baz is a Women’s Health and Fitness coach who specialises in pelvic floor and core strength. She uses a holistic, evidence-based approach to help women reconnect with their bodies, building strength from the inside out. She puts Ann and Jo through a simple workout designed for women who are fitness averse, or perhaps have avoided exercise due to weak pelvic floor muscles. Episode 1 is the warm up.
