Episode 2 of our fitness work out with Baz Moffat.

Baz is a Women’s Health and Fitness Coach, who specialises in pelvic floor and core strength. She uses an holistic, evidence based approach to help women reconnect with their bodies, building strength from the inside, out. She puts Ann and Jo through a simple workout that is designed for women who are fitness averse, or perhaps have avoided exercise due to weak pelvic floor muscles. Episode 2 impact.
